CRANBURY, NJ -- July 8, 2025 -- Thirteen trotters entered the 12th edition of the Hambletonian Maturity G1, which will race for $425,000 on a stake-heavy Meadowlands Pace night card on Saturday, July 12. The Maturity, the richest event for 4-year-old trotters, attracted seven males and six mares, including a pair of recent Graduate winners, Private Access and Warrawee Michelle.
The E.T. Gerry Jr. Maturity is raced at a mile and 1/8, allows for up to 16 starters and like the Hambletonian and Oaks does not permit the use of Lasix.
