EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ -- July 28, 2026 -- Come to the Meadowlands Racetrack on Saturday, August 1, for the annual Seafood Fest beginning at 5 pm.
The racetrack apron will be loaded with local food trucks serving the freshest seafood! Featured seafood trucks include Sushi Lounge Mobile, Cousins Maine Lobster, Crabbae Kenilworth, Angry Archies, Blake n Kylee’s Creole Kitchen, Star Of The Sea Seafood, DAW Concessions, Beastro Cuisine, Tacoholics, Latin Bites, Kitchen 787.
Each truck will offer a variety of seafood dishes, with plenty of options to choose from, including lobster rolls, shrimp tacos, lobster macaroni and cheese, sushi, crab fries, clams casino, crab cakes, coconut shrimp, fried clams, fried fish, and more.
Plenty of other trucks will have non-seafood items, including BBQ, smoothies, lemonade, burgers, ice cream, and more. These vendors include Clyde’s Homemade Ice Cream and Italian Ice, Vagabond Kitchen, The Mozzarella God, Btch’n Bacon, Tiny Hot Cakes, Best in Zest, Bites & Delights, Lots of Meat BBQ, The Lemon Bar, Eat My Balls, Cat Like Reflexes, Carnival Concessions, Tiny Hot Cakes, Magic Mike’s Smoke Meats, Rhythm & Ribz Smokehouse, Uncle Eddie’s Touch of Sauce, Pita Bowl NJ, Kimchi Smoke, Jersey Juice Company, Wild Bill’s Soda.

While indulging in great seafood, guests can watch live harness racing starting at 6:20 p.m. The world-class harness racing features eliminations for the $500,000 Hambletonian Oaks and $1 million Hambletonian.
