EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ -- April 23, 2025 -- The Meadowlands Racetrack is proud to announce that the Hunter Myers Memorial Race raised over $41,000 on Saturday, March 29.

The Meadowlands thanks the fans and bettors who wagered in the dedicated race. It also thanks partners, the SBOA of NJ, Day At The Track, US Off-Track, Red Rock, and Lien Games for their donations, and of course, Meadowlands Racetrack Chairman Jeff Gural for matching the revenue and donations.

“I recognize that, unlike my job, there is clearly an element of risk in being a driver,” said Gural. “And while I did not know Hunter, I am glad our industry stepped up to be there for his family.”

Woobine-Mohawk donated directly to the Hunter Myers GoFundMe.

"The passing of Hunter Myers is a devastating tragedy for his family, friends, and the entire racing community," stated Jason Settlemoir, COO & GM of the Meadowlands. "We are thankful that we all could come together and support Hunter’s family during this difficult time.

The Meadowlands Racetrack continues to extend its heartfelt condolences and prayers to Hunter Myers' family and friends, including his fiancée, Chloe, and son, Hayden.
