ATTENTION ALL NEW JERSEY STANDARDBRED FARM OWNERS

February 22, 2025

MANALAPAN, NJ — February 22, 2025 — The New Jersey Racing Commission is requiring all farms operating as a NJRC-licensed facility to submit a license application for 2025.

The NJRC regulations require all Standardbred horses that compete at a New Jersey racetrack, which are stable in the State of New Jersey to be stabled on a facility that is licensed by the NJRC.

Failure to comply with NJRC licensing requirements will result in a possible fine, suspension, and/or the ineligibility of all Standardbred horses that are stabled on your facility to compete at a New Jersey racetrack.

Please return the completed farm application attached and payment ASAP or no later than February 28th. There will be no grace period for failing to meet these licensing requirements. Should you have any questions concerning the licensing process, please contact Presiding Judge Jim Grow at 201-460-4147 or Trudy at the NJRC @609-376-9890.
