MANALAPAN, NJ – May 6, 2024 – The 2024 SBOANJ Breeders Awards will pay 12% of money earned by a New Jersey sired horse to the first breeder of record. The program includes the following races:

NJSS Premier Division Races

NJSS Standardbred Development Fund Races

Renaissance Pace

SBOANJ Garden State Trot

SBOANJ Home Grown Pace

NJSS Maturity

NJ Classic


Payments will be made by the SBOANJ at the end of each series or race date. All purse distribution and final race results will be determined by the New Jersey Racing Commission testing policies. Every effort will be made to distribute the awards in a timely fashion. All checks will be made out to the individual who is listed first as breeder, as per USTA records.


The first breeder listed must be an SBOANJ member and have W9/W8 forms on file with the SBOANJ in order to receive payment.
