FREEHOLD, NJ -- December 27, 2024 -- Freehold Raceway’s penultimate program included 11-races with increased purses for the track’s last hoorah. Vinny Ginsburg and Mark Herschberger both visited the winner’s circle three times.
Tomorrow’s (Dec. 28) program will have 11-races featuring increased purses, the American Harness Driver’s Club final for $15,000 and consolation race, and a $14,000 New Jersey Owned and Sired race for fillies and mares. Many from Freehold’s past and present will be remembered and honored during the broadcast. There will be food trucks on the apron for the fans that choose to join in-person for the final race card at the “Afternoon Delight”. Doors open at 11:00am and first post time is 12:30pm.
