EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ -- April 14, 2026 -- This Saturday, April 18, the Meadowlands Racetrack and Carmine’s NYC are hosting an Evening with Carmine’s at the Meadowlands, a one-night dining experience honoring the legacy of the late Carmine Abbatiello.
Think heaping plates of Spaghetti & Meatballs, crispy Chicken Parm, fresh Caesar Salad, and rich Tiramisu… all served buffet-style so you can go back for more (and you will). This special night honors the legacy of Carmine Abbatiello—with big
portions, bold flavors, and that classic Italian family-style experience.
